  • Portals are for current customers only
  • This will allow customers to book daycare & boarding reservations on their own, deleted scheduled booking they might already have, uploading vaccinations paperwork & update customer information. 
  • When booking using our system nothing is final UNTIL approved by Metropet in which you will get a confirmat

  • When booking using our system nothing is final UNTIL approved by Metropet in which you will get a confirmation email. We will try our best to approve all bookings during business hours but if a last-minute booking (night before/morning of) is needed please call Metropet during business hours or message the app. 
  • Appointment requests will only be approved during business hours


DAYCARE

BOARDING (You must be an active daycare customer to board)

CLIENT PORTAL

  • We only offer daycare Monday thru Saturday
  • Saturday daycare must be booked by the beginning of the week
  • We do not allow drop in's for daycare; all appointments MUST be booked before hand
  • Please make sure to book daycare visits in advance; we can not guarantee that we can accommodate night before or morning of booking
  • 24 hours cancellation pol

  • Dogs are only feed while at daycare at nap time (12:30 PM); we can not feed dogs during daycare at any other times

  • We board dogs 365 days including major holidays 
  • There are no pick ups/drop offs for boarding on the following holidays:  Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day & Christmas Day
  • Boarding dogs eat 3 times a day; Breakfast at 6:30 AM ,  lunch at 12:00 PM (If applied) & dinner at  4:00 PM. 
  • We take all collars off dogs when boarding

  • We board dogs 365 days including major holidays

  • Metropet supplies the kennel, bowls  & fun while boarding. Customers are require to bring food, treats, medications (if needed) & bedding

All dogs that bring blankets/beds need to have their names written on them. If a name is not on them at drop-off Metropet staff will write their name on the bedding themselves.

  • Weekends: Doors are unlocked from 8:00-9:00 AM & 5:00-6:00 PM. Facility is locked at all other times; NO EXCEPTION!
  • DAYCARE: All dogs are require to get at daycare by 10:00 AM; no dogs will be accepted into daycare after 10:00 AM. 
  • Half days are only until 1 PM; no half days in the afternoon hours
  • During the week daycare opens at 6:30 AM and

  • A late fee is added for any dog at daycare after 7:05 PM. 
  • At 7:30 PM if your dog(s) is still at daycare without warning they will be kenneled and left overnight. A boarding fee will be applied.

RIDE SERVICES

  • Daycare/boarding MUST provide update records 
  • No dogs allowed at daycare/boarding with a vaccine expired a month expired date
  • We can not get records from the vet for you; customers have to get them
  • We will not hound customers for records; once expired over a month you will be turned away from services until records are provided

  • Metropet Express needs to be booked at least a week in advance to ensure we have a driver
  •  We will try to accomodate day of rides if we are able to

  • Only 2 customers in the lobby at a given time
  • Please use paw prints on the floor to stand and wait your turn 
  • If there are 2 people already waiting please wait outside 

Please remember that dogs need their space just like humans and we ask that you do not pet or touch another dog(s) in the lobby nor parking lot

  • There is no parking in front of windows  
  • Please do not block main entrance door for any reason 
  • Make sure your dog(s) is leash & you have control while in the parking lot
  • Staff are NOT allowed to help customers bring dogs in or out 
  • All dogs must be leashed coming into the building and leaving the building

Please do not allow dog(s) to interact/play in the parking lot

  • If your dog(s) is showing any signs of illness they are not allowed at daycare or boarding. 
  • You dog should not come to daycare/boarding if the following: loose stool, throwing up, upset stomach, redness in the eyes, coughing, hacking of any kind, or worms
  • If your dogs is taking any medications for any illness/infections they are not allowe

  • If your dog(s) is showing any signs of illness they are not allowed at daycare or boarding. 
  • You dog should not come to daycare/boarding if the following: loose stool, throwing up, upset stomach, redness in the eyes, coughing, hacking of any kind, or worms
  • If your dogs is taking any medications for any illness/infections they are not allowed at daycare or boarding
  • We do not allow dogs to wear cones for daycare or boarding 
  • If your dogs has been treated for Kennel Cough they can not return to Metropet without a note clearing them from vet
